Description of why post failed

I scheduled a post, but didn’t actually approve it (done intentionally to see if it would still post), and I see that it shows as Failed, but doesn’t give me any details as to why it failed.

Might be helpful to add a simple explanation as to why it failed, in case somebody actually intended for the post to submit and it doesn’t and is confused as to why it failed.

    this bug has been resolved as of our update today. let me know if it happens again.

      I see that it has a description on a different page, but I didn’t see that until later. So maybe some more uniformity?
