Description of why post failed

I scheduled a post, but didn’t actually approve it (done intentionally to see if it would still post), and I see that it shows as Failed, but doesn’t give me any details as to why it failed.

Might be helpful to add a simple explanation as to why it failed, in case somebody actually intended for the post to submit and it doesn’t and is confused as to why it failed.
