Feedback Tab cannot be selected while on the Create Post/Series/Project Page

When I am on the Create Post screen, I am unable to select the Feedback button on the right hand side

    This has been resolved - feedback button can now be accessed anytime.

    Problem has been identified and resolved. The fix is currently being tested and will most likely be pushed live next Wednesday as part of our weekly release cadence.
