Rights requests for connecting LinkedIn

The rights requested for connecting linkedin are way overboard for what I’d typically allow for connecting to an external site; especially one linked to my professional online persona. There should be a way to limit these rights and a better explanation on why they’re needed.

    We request the minimum set of permissions as allowed by LinkedIn for our application. Can you share which permissions are causing you concern?
